Refer a candidate…
At ninedirect we are always on the lookout for new candidate's with different skill-sets.
If you recommend a candidate to us that is subsequently placed, then on the day that candidate starts, you will receive a referral fee of £250.

Refer a client…
Our 9% margin has meant that we are continuously working with both new and existing clients, but there's always room for more!
If you recommend a new client to us we can offer the following referral scheme.
As soon we make our 1st placement with the new client, the day the candidate starts, you will receive a £250 referral fee!
This will then continue for the next 8 placements, meaning a possible £2250 up for grabs.
If we then make 1 more placement with this particular client, you will then receive a final bumper bonus of £750.
Meaning a possible £3000 is available just for recommending us!
