Finding the ideal candidate!
Having decided how you want us to work, it's then up to us to make sure we match the right candidate for your specific needs.
Here's the process:
Thorough qualification of the job spec.
There's no point in falling at the first hurdle. We've trained our consultants, so that all relevant questions are asked at the start. Not only are technical skills important, but personality and your company ethos is also key. We might find someone with all the pre-requisite skills but if we haven't fully understood the way your company works and it's culture then we could easily end up sending you the wrong candidate's, which is no good for you or us!
Database search
With over 100,000 candidate's on our database and access to another 500,000 via the web, we feel that we are in a prime position to be able resource candidates throughout the UK.
Advertising
Internet adverting is now the industry norm. At ninedirect we subscribe to all the internet based Job boards, meaning access to candidates from not just the UK but all over the world.
CV screening
Our aim is to submit between 1-5 CV's per vacancy, so that you don't get inundated with countless CV's which don't hit the mark. Our consultants are well-versed within their given technical markets meaning that you will only receive candidates that have the right skill-sets. We will also undertake all initial interviewing (either via phone or face-to-face) and if needed, can also oversee either technical or psychometric testing (or both).
Reference checking
With all the candidates we submit, we will endeavour to obtain 2 written references.
